Rev. Jeremiah Thomas

Jeremiah began serving Centennial as minister in May of 2017. He is a graduate of Erskine Theological Seminary (Columbia campus) with a Masters of Divinity. His undergraduate degree in Religious Studies came from the University of Tennessee in Knoxville. 

Jeremiah is married to Rebekah with one daughter (Mary Emmaline). He loves going to the Riverbanks Zoo, playing the banjo (badly), and spending time with his family.

Melissa Davis
Director of Christian Education

Melissa has been on staff at Centennial ARP since 2009 and loves serving Jesus at Centennial. She was a dental hygienist for 18 years before "retiring" and making the transition into working with children. She was a teaching assistant in a church school preschool program for eight years before moving into the public school system and is now a teaching assistant in the 4-year-olds' program. 

Melissa has two children, Rachel and Parker, and a mischievous dachshund, Abby.

Ryan Vincent
Director of Youth

Ryan has been on staff at Centennial ARP since September 2013. He is a graduate of Columbia International University with a degree in Bible and a minor in youth ministry. Ryan also works as a Service Manager at a local small business in Columbia.

Ryan is married to Elisa, and they have a loving yellow lab named Sawyer


Linda Powell
Administrative Assistant

Linda has been on staff at Centennial ARP since the fall of 1995. She enjoys being a part of Centennial and serving our Lord as the administrative assistant.

Linda has two wonderful daughters, a great son-in-law, and two amazing granddaughters.

Judy Doudoukjian
Choir Director/Organist

Judy has been serving at Centennial ARP since 2010. She received her undergraduate degree in music from Lambuth College and conducted her graduate studies in music and education at the University of Memphis and USC. After several years of serving as music directors at churches, Judy was called to the mission field. She served two terms with World Witness, establishing a sacred music program at the (then) Ebeneezer Seminary in Tampico, Mexico. 

Judy has four children, three stepchildren, sixteen grandchildren, and one great grandchild. When not working on music, Judy loves to sew, quilt, and work in the yard.

Lynn Grimsley
Director of Children's Choir

Lynn has been directing Centennial's children's choirs for more than 30 years. She has an undergraduate degree in music education from Furman and a master's degree in music education from USC. Lynn is also the co-director of Bonclarken Music Conference and Camp Bonclarken as well as a staff assistant at Camp Joy North Carolina.

Lynn is recently retired from teaching high school chorus, but she is enjoying substitute teaching, reading, state park hopping, and spending time with friends, family, and church family!
