Did you know Easter Sunday is a wonderful Sunday to invite your neighbors, coworkers, friends, and family to come to church? First of all, it’s a cultural norm for people to show up at church on Easter Sunday. Second—and more importantly—God loves to use cultural norms for his own glory. “For as I passed along and observed the objects of your worship, I found also an altar with this inscription: ‘To the unknown god.’ What therefore you worship as unknown, this I proclaim to you” (Acts 17:23). Be bold! Invite your people to church. May God be glorified in the endeavor!
