Sunday, May 21st was a very special day in the life of our Centennial family. We were honored, blessed, and excited to be a part of the Installation Worship Service for our new pastor, Rev. Jeremiah Thomas. As he takes on the charge to preach God’s Word and to shepherd us, let us too remember to pray for, encourage and support Jeremiah and his family. Make a point of meeting Jeremiah and Rebekah and telling them your name until they can tell you yours!
It also was a joy to meet those friends, family members, and church leaders who have helped to mold the lives of our pastor and his family. Many came to the reception afterwards, where we all enjoyed wonderful food and fellowship. Many thanks to the ladies in our Women’s Ministries (and some of their husbands!) who prepared food, set-up, decorated, served, and cleaned up. We have an incredible team of helpers and have a good time working together as well. We certainly welcome Jeremiah, Rebekah, and Mary Emmaline to the Centennial family!
