Happy New Year, Centennial Family! I hope all of you are well. This last Sunday, we found ourselves at the start of a new sermon series titled Jesus In A Lived Life: The Joseph Narrative. I would like to provide a few insights into this series for y’all’s consideration.
It's a beautiful time of the year as we await the return of our Savior. This Christmas season we often look back and think of the King of Kings, and Lord of Lords who humbled Himself by coming down, being born in a lowly manger.
On Friday, December 16th, the Centennial ARP Youth "CARPY" had their annual Christmas Party. We had a great turnout! The party consisted of two big activities. First, a City-Wide Photo/Video Scavenger Hunt and second, a White Elephant Gift Exchange.
Christmas greetings, Centennial Church! I hope this final Postscripts of the 2017 year finds each of you well. I’ve got some very good news to share and a big favor to ask. First, let’s start with the very good news.
From the very beginning of our need for a savior (which you can find in Genesis 3), God promised one (the serpent stomper in that same chapter). Jesus himself told us in Luke 24 that all the Scriptures point directly to him.
As I sit to write this article this morning, I cannot get these verses out of my head. And if you haven’t heard me say it yet, don’t worry, you will: when verses of Scripture stick in your head, you do well to pay attention to them!
